After spending well over a decade in recruitment for accounting, finance and professional services, I have decided to launch Cimavera Talent. Our mission at Cimavera Talent is to humanize the recruitment process and guide the candidates and companies we work with reach their cima vera - their true peak - through the placements and high quality relationships our firm is grounded in.

While there are many firms that specialize in recruitment for these areas, our experience combines expertise serving as both a client and external search partner. While leading executive recruitment at Grant Thornton, a top global firm, I worked with senior executives to hire, grow and retain their talent. I was also the client for our external search firms. This real world experience having been the client, knowing what companies look for in top talent, and seeing the reality of how a great or poor hire can positively or negatively impact both the company and the individual is a unique advantage Cimavera Talent has to serve you - whether you are a hiring manager or a candidate.

Who I Work With

There are two sides to this business, and I believe in partnering with both.

Companies and firms that need to hire accounting, finance, audit, tax, advisory or their firm administrative talent and want a recruiting partner who actually understands the difference between a controller and a technical accounting manager or why an Audit Director's industry expertise is critical to them being the right fit.

Candidates working in professional services either wanting to make a firm-to-firm move or jump to industry as well as finance and accounting professionals looking to elevate their career. I take the time to understand what you actually want out of a move and how that will get you to your long term goals.
