Meet Melanie Mosher, Founder of Cimavera Talent
I have twelve years of total recruiting experience, including eight years spent in recruiting for two of the world’s leading professional services and accounting firms. I led executive recruiting at Grant Thornton, one of the largest professional services networks in the world. I also built my career on the external search side, at both a large national search firm and a boutique firm. This experience gives me a rare combination of insider and agency experience to deliver a personalized, high-caliber hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams across professional services, accounting and finance.
I founded Cimavera Talent to bring a more human approach to recruiting, grounded in real-world expertise, genuine relationships, and a personalized approach to every search, so the people and companies I work with land on the solution that's actually right for them.
